2 Bay Garage Addition Idea: The homeowner wanted to add a family room, maintain a 2 bay garage, but did’t want to have a large extension jetting into their front yard.
Solution: The height was increased along with the back length. The right garage door was removed and one added to the left of the original. The homeowner now has plenty of space in their new family room converted from the original garage space.
Upon Completion:
There was no disturbance to the front of the house. The new addition was built by extending the roof line. The front appearance was not changed.
