Computerized Damage Appraisal Each computerized damage appraisal will be in the adjuster’s possession within days of the first response. The scope of work will include detailed information, including room by room measurements, severity of damage, and itemized "unit cost" pricing, and a breakdown between structure, contents, and water damage. This enables the adjuster to decide on the scope of the work, and the price thereof, much faster than by normal methods.
